Against Food Waste - Wie Lavazza das Thema Nachhaltigkeit fördert.

Lavazza ist das zweite Jahr in Folge Partner des Sustainability Labs und unterstützt damit  Gründerinnen im Rahmen des Grace Summer Accelerators. Der gemeinsame Fokus liegt in diesem Jahr auf dem Thema Food Waste. Die Gründerin Sarah Harbarth hat 2021 ihre Idee in diesem Bereich weiterentwickelt und mittlerweile offiziell KUORI gegründet. Wir verfolgen gespannt ihre Entwicklung nach dem Programm und  haben sie für ein Interview getroffen.

 

Deborah Choi

Deborah is a serial entrepreneur and currently runs her fourth and fifth businesses concurrently. She was born in Nigeria and grew up in the US where she studied political science before she moved to Germany six years ago. One of her businesses is Bosqueplants, a direct-to-consumer plant company and another one is FOUNDERLAND, a non-profit organization that focuses on supporting underrepresented founders across Europe.

Tsvetana Dinkova

Tsvetana is the founder and CEO of TRIVITYS. Trivitys is a small manufacturer in Berlin that produces healthy desserts and spreads. These are bio vegan, without added sugar, and without gluten. Tsvetana was born and raised in Bulgaria. She came to Berlin to study economics 20 years ago. She worked in the financial industry for over a decade until an illness turned her life upside down. In March 2020 she took the big step into entrepreneurship and founded her own company.
